If paying by check through the mail, please make payable to RWD#5 (Rural Water District No. 5) send with your payment coupon to the mailing address below. To avoid any LATE FEES, MAIL your payment in plenty of time for the Post office to process it and get to RWD#5. Payment due the 10th of each month. Payments made after the 15th will incur a 10% Penalty based on total billing plus a $3.00 Late Billing Charge. Payment made after 4 PM CST will be credited on new business day.

With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account on the 10th of each month. There is no set-up fee or Credit Card fees associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
To avoid longer wait times, Rural Water District No. 5 Muskogee County, also has a convenient drop box for payments after hours. Please no Cash, and make sure your payment coupon or your account number is with your payment, so your payment will be processed accordingly.
